The Employment Consultation Center established in accordance with the National Strategic Special Zones Act provides support to help start-up companies and/or overseas companies expanding business into Japan understand Japanese employment rules, including those relating to recruitment and employment, correctly and launch their business smoothly, as well as to help employees of those companies fully exert their abilities and motivation in work.
Our services include consultations with experienced lawyers and public consultants on social and labor insurance and seminars by them.
The Employment Consultation Center is designed to prevent labor disputes from occurring, and therefore our services are available only for matters NOT IN DISPUTE.
